　　1. Product description:

　　The Easysweet Amphetamine (AMP) Rapid Test is used for the qualitative detection of methamphetamine in human urine down to a minimum detectable concentration of1000 ng/mL, and for the initial screening of methamphetamine.

　　Methamphetamine and its derivatives are central nervous system stimulants that produce alertness, wakefulness, increased energy, decreased hunger, and overall feelings of well-being.

　　Taking large doses of methamphetamine can lead to tolerance and physical dependence in users, and can lead to drug abuse. D-methamphetamine is a controlled substance. The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) has developed a GC/MS or immunoassay method for the determination of methamphetamine at 1000 ng/ml.

　　2. Principle:

　　Easysweet Amphetamine (AMP) Rapid Test is produced by colloidal gold immunochromatography. The corresponding drug antigen is coated on the nitrocellulose filter membrane, and the specific antibody is labeled with gold colloidal particles. During the test, if there is no methamphetamine, the gold colloid-specific antibody combines with the membrane antigen to form two red lines (one reaction line and one quality control line), which proves that the test result is negative. If the concentration of methamphetamine in the sample is higher than the detection level (1000ng/mL), the drug molecule will compete with the colloidal gold antibody for binding, thereby preventing the gold colloid-specific antibody from binding to the membrane antigen,

　　3.Storage:

　　Easysweet Amphetamine (AMP) Rapid Test should be stored at 2ºC ~30 ºC (do not freeze) for 24 months from the date of manufacture. Store the test cartridge in a sealed bag until use. After removing the test cassette from the bag, perform the test as soon as possible (within 1 hour) to prevent the test cassette from getting wet. Do not use this test after the stated expiration date.

　　4. Sample collection and test preparation:

　　4.1. Urine is collected in plastic cups; urine does not contain any preservatives.

　　4.2. If the urine cannot be checked in time, it can be stored at 2°C to 8°C for 72 hours, and it can be stored at -20°C for a long time.

　　4.3. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycle deterioration of urine; refrigerated or frozen urine should be returned to room temperature 15ºC ~30 ºC) and mixed before testing.

　　4.4. If the urine is cloudy, please centrifuge and remove the sediment before testing.

　　5. Easysweet Amphetamine (AMP) Rapid Test process:

　　5.1. Place the test cartridge on a flat surface. Allow the test cartridge to come to room temperature (15-30°C) before opening. Use immediately after opening.

　　5.2. Aspirate the urine through the plastic dropper and Add exactly 4 drops of urine into the sample well (S) of the test card.

　　5.3. Read results at 5 minutes. Do not read after 10 minutes.

　　6. Interpretation of the results:

　　6.1. Negative: One red line in the control zone (C) and one red line in the test zone (T). This indicates that the specimen is negative.

　　6.2. Positive: There is a red line in the control area (C) and no red line in the test area (T). This indicates that the specimen is positive.

　　6.3. Invalid: There is no red line in the control area (C), no matter whether there is a red line in the test area (T), it means that the test is invalid. Discard the test cassette and execute with a new one.
